Standard Support
provides software updates, software support from the
DELIVER Plus Help Desk,
after hours emergency support, and hardware troubleshooting for
equipment purchased from DELIVER Plus. As always,
DELIVER Plus updates
are free to all customers with support contracts. Standard
Support also includes access to the DELIVER Plus
support web site and all of its functions.
System Administration and Menu Maintenance
The
DELIVER Plus Help Desk
acts as the system administrator for the
store, creating and installing menu, recipe and inventory changes
and also managing coupons, discounts ,system options and fuel
surcharges.
Data Warehousing, Web Reporting, and Polling
DELIVER Plus
polls and maintains data from the store, and makes the data
available via the Internet. This service allows the customer
to access dozens of standardized above-store reports, receive
exception reports via e-mail or pager, and generate custom reports
and data files. Complete ticket-level detail is maintained and
is available for any time period.
Pizza Hut CHAMPS Processing
DELIVER Plus polls and
processes CHAMPS data from the stores every evening and delivers it
to Synovate for processing. We then process the completed CHAMPS
Checks and deliver them to the store’s POS system and to any number
of e-mail addresses. A number of additional statistical reports are
also available.
Online Ordering
DELIVER
Plus now supports a
direct interface with QuikOrder, the industry's leading provider of
internet ordering. Orders are securely transmitted directly to the
store’s DELIVER Plus system in real time.
